for those of you who want to pack and preserve in vacuum trays with, shall we
say a 'contained investment.' The Traypacker electronic command panel allows you to memorise 10 operating programs. The panel, which is easily programmable and equipped with sophisticated and reliable microprocessor, pilots all the functions during any one operating cycle. 21 m3/h Pump;

mobile stand; direct one-or-two tray closure; 415 volt-3 phase with optional automatic ejection & scrap rewind.
The way it works is quite simple. First put the tray in the press draw. Close the draw and press 'Start'. When light comes on, open up & take out the finished product.
The sealing kit, consists of an individual sealing plate with integrated cutting blades which allows you to have a top web cutting precisely shaped to that of the tray. The tray is sealed only along the perimeter edges and the tray lips are supported by silicon joints for constant sealing pressure.
