| FoodvacŪ Calypso |
Tray Thermosealing machine with the
option of packaging under vacuum and modified atmosphere (MAP) with a 4
stations rotary table. The Calypso can be equipped with useful attachments such as dater and photoelectric cell for centering printed film.
Easy to operate : put the trays in the loading station; vacuuming, gas injection and sealing will automatically follow.
At the end of the cycle, perimeter trimming of the film takes place and the trays are ejected. |

| The way it works is quite simple. First put the tray in the press draw. Close the draw and press 'Start'. When light comes on, open up & take out the finished product. The sealing kit, consists of an individual sealing plate with integrated cutting blades which allows you to have a top web cutting precisely shaped to that of the tray. The tray is sealed only along the perimeter edges and the tray lips are supported by silicon joints for constant sealing pressure. |
