F.I.P Food Former Manual Burger Machine
The F.I.P. FoodFORMER automatic burger machine forms burgers with standard dimension of 100mm, from meat, fish, soy beans and other food products.
Thanks to their small dimensions, these machines can fit into small or large production lines. They guarantee approximately 2100 pieces/hour, ready with separating paper. By regulating a nut, it is possible to change the weight of the burgers from 70 to 180 grams. Different forms are also available, which cane be easily replaced without the use of tools.
Features
An Outfeed Conveyor reduces handling of the formed product avoiding possible bacterial growth. They are built from stainless stell AISI 304 and other approved material, as requested by the European laws. All C.E. marked.
The F.I.P Food Former burger machines are very easy to clean, and can be dismantled without using tools, by non-specialist staff.
